Commitment Agreement (CA)
This agreement is the most important agreement that you must understand first when dealing with the Dailysharing Club. You will need to ask questions if you do not understand this. The 3 things that is very important in the agreement are 1. Your commitment skills 2. Your commitment shareholders 3. Your commitment seed.
When we talk about your commitment skills, we want to know what skills do you have already. You do not need to have any skills at all to work with us which means we will need to train you through the Dailysharing Club Academy and if you have some skills already we will need to assess them either through your business case/plan or any method determined by Dailysharing Club assessment team.
Your commitment shareholders implies that you must have a shareholder to run a properly structured limited liability company fully registered with the CAC Nigeria. We need you to have not less than 3 shareholders plus Dailysharing Club as a shareholder, it will become 4 shareholders. This will ensure that your business is sustainable as you will have a complete team to make things happen for your new start ups. All shareholders must choose a specific recommended program as the start up founder.
The commitment seed depends on the program you choose to participate with us. We recommend that you choose from our approved programs so that you can be sure that your business will be funded by the Dailysharing Club. The commitment seed is actually your own financial commitment to set up and run your own business or start ups. You must have a commitment seed to be funded by Dailysharing Club.
The Commitment Agreement includes your commitment skills, commitment seed and commitment shareholders. It is the agreement put in place for clarification and MOUs which we call the commitment seed agreement. This is between you and Dailysharing Club to ensure you understand your responsibilities if you are interested in working with us.
